During our recent stay at Bh Residence, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and friendly staff. The shared kitchen made it easy for us to prepare our own meals, adding to the convenience of our stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The neighbourhood is not very welcoming, the rooms are not soundproofed enough, there are always people in a common room upstairs and it's a bit noisy.

The room was very clean. The size and facilities are just what I expected for the price paid. . On each floor there is a common kitchen that is also very clean.

Location can be improved. In the area there are not many possibilities to go for lunch or dinner. Still, you can't ask for more at that price.

the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I booked the room last minute and they were able to provide me with a double bed. the price for the room was reasonable and the location was conveniently close to Birmingham's Cathedral. the room itself was spacious, with two separate rooms and two bathrooms. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Uncomfortable bedding and average cleanliness

The stove was very hot and made the room feel good. There were also many channels on the TV so you could relax before going to sleep.

Last night there was a loud noise in the room, it sounded like an insect was trapped in the wall or something. Also inside the room there is a green emergency light that is on all night, if you like to sleep in the dark take a mask.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the security measures made me feel safe. The bathroom was clean and had a unique touch with the sparkles. The beds were comfy, although I would have preferred fitted sheets and more pillows. it was great value for money and I would recommend this hotel.

To get to the hotel you have to travel a long distance from the center through a neighborhood of abandoned factories.
